nice. i wanna time my hatch too. also got an LS/vtec motor but its 11 years old. still i made 174whp last month untuned. i dont have money for a tune so just did a base run. whats the dyno numbers on your ride?

i know its not stock,its got to have pr3 or itr piston in it,cause i know stock ls block with vtec head can not run like tat...wat kinda of ecu u running n is it tune???jw im hmong too from nc

my tires were shitting..i was amazed to even run 13's with those touring tires...shooting for 12's soon..and it's possible..

@MRANTIHYPHY yea haha it's p.i.r...i no longer have that car...sold it...but kept the motor which i rebuild it for turbo...hopefully next year i get the chance to go back and run a better time since now it's turbo...

i have a lsvtec swap in my ek hatch, pretty much same set up as yours, 4-2-1 dc headers, password:jdm power chamber intake, straight pipe w/a resonator and a tanabe hyper medallion exhaust. Not too sure if I would run 13's though, lol. maybe high 14's low 15s.

it's possible to hit 13's if you work on ur 60 foot. that's all that matters in dragging...if u peel out too much at the beginning you won't get a good time..u want to launch really good and have it grab quickly and not bog down...then you should get a good time...that's what i did...like i said..it depends on the driver...i never expected my lsvtec to hit 13's..and was surpise myself...."just work on the 60 foot"

thankx, didn't get a good launch on it...but im shooting for 12's next time...the motor is capable if it..if you built it right and plus depending on the driver as well...for me..i think i did good with sloppy times..:D

yea..i put on a sound track i guess not approved haha..so they turn off the audio...besides hoping for a better run next time..wasn't able to launch that good...but so far so good with bad tires...
