this is so true, i think it shud be legal because it is a way of life for certain people and is one of the better ways to keep fit, i almost got arested for this.Never bin seriously hurt though.

People that dont understand parkour will just say that you are an idiot or a phsyco, but thats because they dont understand.

You dun have to learn parkour like SOMEwhere.. All you have to do is. On ur way to lunch jump over that railing. After parking ur car, Take the shortcut down the walls of the carpark. Leap over the ups and downs of pavements and yeah you noe?

If you're just starting out and take on big leaps and vaults you're just asking for trouble.
