Heh. I love Warhammer PvP compared to all the other mmo's I've played. In Warhammer its like an actual battle where you don't have to worry about being one-shot from behind or anything.. o_O

WoW PvP is more dynamic and more smooth, there is action... but the content is totally pathetic. Battlegrounds, after over 4 years we have 5 (FIVE!!), that's beyond insulting. There are issues, imbalanced starting odds, tons of players fighting for achievements or gear instead of victory. We have also wintergrasp which is one big zerg in a game system that barely handles 3vs3 combat. There is only arena, why bother playing whole MMO for just arenas?

Pvp WoW blows. Yeah if you like unrealistic battles then go to WoW. But if you want to take and capture keeps and seige cities then Warhammer is the shit.

in this game i have the feeling by watching this video that you basicly have to keep hitting some1 for 10 minutes and wait till he dies..is there any1 heavy 1 on 1 where some1 dies fast in? or is this like runescape u can keep eating lobsters and get full health which is lame? Lol

see thats where your off...WoW pvp is fucking better than this, way more moving around, and there are way more pvp options in wow then in warhammer. You got arenas (2v2,3v3,5v5) battleground (5 different places) world pvp (any where) and a place where like 100 horde vs 100 alliance and you can use seig weopons to take down there bases...so everything you said is wrong =) but i play both so i dont really care

Blizzard messed up wows pvp big time... i crited 20k on a mage with warrior. 1 shot. arenas used to stay up 30 min a fight if u got alot of res now the longest is 15 to 20 min... sucks. i loved it befor because it was intense now its just fucked up.

Congrats, you can 1 shot a mage with 0 resilience. With full epic gear you clearly will, but if the mage had resilience you would not see 20k crits. And yes, Warhammer online pvp sucks dick compared to WoW.

do u know how pain in the ass is it to get a mage the full pvp gears? plus my warrior crited 20k with only 2 epics and not a wep.exicute thats why i finished my saying that the longest fight with full res cap would last 15 to 20 while it was 30+ which was more fun.u meen to tell me that a hunter cant kill a mage in 4 sec of clear shot?? or that a rogue cant do the shit load of dps on any class now? yes u can stay alive abit longer if u know what ur doing but still sometimes its just too fucked .

I agree they did fuck up pvp with wotlk. The pvp is way too bursty. They need to buff mages alot in pvp, they have a 4% representation in 2300+ teams. FOUR.

This is kind of a DAOC/wow hybrid, it has elements of daoc, such as keep assaults, sieges, a archtype class system, while retaining some wow characistics (quest grinding and similar talent system. The end game is mostly rvr, with some limited pve. Scenarios (aka battlegrounds) also give a good leveling alternative to WOW, becasue you get exp and rr for killing people in rvr. unlike WOWS battlegrounds. All around the best modern pvp fanstasy mmo avaible on the market.

It was released right on time. They got millions hyped. They sold over a million copies and those million people stuck around and paid for an extra month. It was an easy way for them to make a quick buck.
