  • Dude not being mean or anything but you don't go all the way back where the weights hit the ground won't work proply also you will hurt you'r self even if you do lighter weight. i go gym been going for 8 months with personal trainer you should get a trainer teach you how to workout the right way

    About the weight lifting, try using smaller weights to start, and do lots of push ups before bed, have you tried putting on more body weight? i think you should eat about 4 to 5 meals a day and drink lots of fluids to keep you hydrated

  • You need some free weight dumbells. Machines allow you to cheat too much. Eat more and increase the protein: Milk whey, eggs whites, chicken and you will bulk up. If you use protein shake powder don't use stuff with artificial sweetners. You want the calories.

  • You did a bench press then flexed your biceps lol. But feel free to take breaks between sets, you can get more out of your workout if you do.

  • Great to have a machine like that in your house - looks expensive. I always admire people's dedication in doing that stuff as I find it boring to do myself. Take care not to injure yourself though.

  • I see many of the comments are concerned about your form and the amount of weight you were lifting. I was going to say the same but saw you said you just did that much for the vid. Maybe show us what a regular work out is for you, maybe not in one vid but spread out between vids. Can certainly tell your working out and not sitting around. Arms, upper bod, legs all coming along. Can't wait to see more of your vids no matter what they consist of.

  • Ouch!!! Agree with Benhawk2, seriously gotta watch your back. Did a lower back muscle a few years ago and it hurt like f**k and I was off my feet for 3 days. Took 8 weeks to heal. Keep up the good work though.

  • Don't hold your breath when your pushing the weights. You should be breathing out. Don't arch your back you can get hurt.

  • you r going to hurt yourself! its not about how much weight u can lift, its about maintaning good for while u r lifting. try with 3 to 4 weights and do 3 sets of 8 reps. Back needs to stay flat on the chair. Dont mean no disrespect, i know ur buff but becsuse u r athletic and do sports, but if u hurt yourself, say good bye to sports. peace man!

  • Be careful with arching your back on the first exercise you did you can do yourself a bad injury, maybe try a lighter weight and get your technique up to a good standard then work the weights up slowly. Everyone builds muscle at different speeds and there is really no rush! Hope your well.

  • @benhawk2 this isnt what i normally do this is just putting it too like my max weights i usually do 5 plates for the bench and 6 for legs and pull downs
