No crowd reaction at all, like that Toronto win %% line woodman spit, no reaction. big ups to both emcee's though, its hard to spit when no ones really feelin it. Makes the awkward silence after a punchline almost unbearable. maybe a bigger venue with a bigger capacity in Montreal would help.

Look at that black dude behind Loe Pesci when Woodman's spittin', got his head down and shit throughout his whole rounds...I dunno man that's just pretty disrespectful to me.

This is how I see it: Perspectives had better flow, but his lines weren't all that original. And (as Woodman predicted) it was mostly nameflips; not very creative.

Woodman's flow was less fluid, but I think it was because he wasn't using obvious ideas and actually going for more original disses. And personally, originality weighs way more than flow in my book.

Honestly it's up to the emcee to move the crowd, if you can't bring atleast a few people into the joke about a lot of things, but the com. line about going to toronto was dope. This battle was good.

I give it two rounds to one to persp. It was a good battle. I think that when woodman was preparing for this he actually included the pauses in the crowd for his time at parts.

I think he just needs to put in some time into acapella battles and will be dope as hell. His lines were dope.

Also consider that Woodman didn't prepare for this battle. Honestly, if he freestyled, that's really impressive. His lines hit harder throughout the battle, and he was more relaxed about it all, and Perspectivez had the usual slips ups. However, I do agree that he improved. I've seen worse opinions than mine :P

Perspectives came off as more relaxed to me he didn't seem to take it to heart when his lines didn't hit while it threw Woodman off. Good battle from both the crowd was a little weak but that shouldn't take away from it too much at least they weren't disrepectful.
