ToS:KoR is using the "Zelos is living" way. At the TGS, during the KoR show, there was a picture with the Tales of Symphonia cast - and there was Zelos, not Kratos.

In Tales of Symphony near the end when you stay at Flanoir and the people come into your room and reject all but Kratos He gets back in your party and that changes the story since Zelos has the same moves so he stays with Mithos and you have to kill him.

The cameo are probably all the original character since it only 2 year apart. The only one I can think of that maybe not returning is Kratos unless we are going to Derris Karlan?

zelos is not dead, in the game if chose Kratos instead of zelos then he is dead but that's the bad side of the story I believe. If you chose Zelos both Kratos and Zelos dont die but Zelos goes with you through the hole story instead of Kratos.

Well, Emil uses skills in midair, so you can assume that ToS:KoR mixes FRLMBS and ALMBS or has a lot aerial skills. The video doesn't show Free Run very often.

That's because the Tales series develops. Tales of Destiny 2 doesn't look nearly like Tales of Destiny (PS1) but it's still a sequel. Tales of Symphonia doen's look like Phantasia but it's a prequel. And the same will apply for ToS/ToS:KoR.

The battle system for ToD and ToD2 are different, based on how it is set up, and it's the exact same thing with ToS and KoR. The battle system looks nothing like the other Tales games. The one you're comparing it to seems like ToDr, yet this most likely has Free-Run, which ToDr didn't.

You've obviously never even seen the graphics outside those released in NA if you think that these look like all the others.

JRPGs have anime.

I think I can clear this up kinda. Tales game look different because they are divided into 3 team. Team destiny, Team symphonia, and Team melfes but I will scratch this out because they disppoint me and make one shitting game. Moving on....

Team destiny started it all : TOP, TOD, TOE, TOD2, TOR, and TODr look and gameplay feels the same but they improve gradually each installment. Team Symphonia did : TOS, TOtA, TOWRM they look similar and also improve in each installment.

Namco Tales is one big project studio that makes Tales games, they are not divided in teams, same people that made ToS are the same ones that made the rest of the Tales games. Listen when someone makes something the first time, in his/her second option, they will have the chance to improve it and fix the mistake.

They have different teams/studios... The people that made ToS for example have NOTHING to do with the people of Tales of Innocence.

And it's going to be released in Japan first because the game is developed in Japan.
