Yes, you cant tax it, well not at first. What do you do with corn and soybeans, you subsidies it. Theres going to be a spike in cultivation at first, but after five to ten years it dies off and becomes another product on the market. Think about the economics involved in medicinal uses, not everybody is going to know how to grow medical marijuana, and after while your not going to have the time to grow your own, cause you can grow your own tobacco but not everybody does. Think about it.

Reggieworth that's crazy. It's sooo easy to grow weed and then, when it's ready, you harvest, dry and roll it. That is waaay easier than growing all the necessary ingredients for beer and then brew it. It's also much harder to grow tobacco and then cure it - weed grows almost anywhere.
