How can you review 'next gen' technology, whilst owning what appears to be a 13" CRT TV and keeping it firmly on display in your bedroom!?

Fair video, well presented and well spoken on your part. As an aspiring TV presenter I hope you have a lot of success. I've always been suspect to Mac's business practices and this confirms more of my doubts in the iPhone. I find that the newer smart phone devices are a great improvement on the Nokias. I've recently settled on a Blackberry Bold and found it infinitely better than the old Nokia, with almost none of the problems you discussed here. The lack of radio tuner is the only similarity.

no, i decided not to. as much as id love to customise it all over the place, i wanted to keep my rights to all the support and insurance incase it goes wrong so didnt want to tamper with it too much. whats the best thing youve found you can do by jailbreaking it?

well cycorder is free video recording um bluebird is my favorite theme and sliders and there are just so much more things to do with it if you decide to jailbreak it come to my channel i think i have like 2 videos and my tutorials are mostly about that stuff

Good vid and valid points, and not forgetting bluetooth file transfer, I installed xgps for sat nav which is ok voice turn by turn instuctions..works but still buggy I here naman hve software now and tomtom are on the case too, thanks for your review.

Yeah, i forgot to mention bluetooth file transfer, but with the new peer-to-peer apis coming in with the OS 3 software upgrade, there should hopefully be plenty of free aps (if not in-built by apple) to handle this (fingers crossed). I think i'm gonna hold out for this before getting a sat nav app as well. Thanks for the comments.

good video... i also want to say some bed with it. also apps. many of apps work with internet conection. i dont have a deal with my simcard so i dont have 3g internet conection come with deal for 2 years. only way is wfii if i can find free wfii network wherever i am..... without internet iphone is a cool toy:) thanks

Yeah, I hadnt thought of that. Something else to bear in mind is buying the phone without the correct sim package might severly limit the usage you can get out of it. Thanks.
