  • hi

  • That is a really good looking pond... very nice presentation on the Palomar knot

  • I like this video, even know I already know to catch bass with this set up

  • cool video im diggin the music

  • i have the same hook it is nice isnt it most the time with me it slide right over their upper lip

  • what kind of technique do you use for fishing the plastic worm. Nice vid though

  • Excuse me, what software did you use to edit your video ?? Looks good

  • @ifishbetterthanyou

Imovie, But now we are going to final cut pro

  • isn't that the U knot

  • @dookiekong007

In the video I said you go through the loop twice, that is actually a double palomar knot and that should be used with braid. The braid can slip a little. Fluorocarbon go through the loop once. It is a great and easy knot to use with swivels also. Fish On !!!!!!!! I know what a Uni knot is but I'm not familiar with the U knot. If you can explain it I would like to know.

  • @OptimisticLifestyle

Thanks for the vid. Did you already make part two showing how to fish with a plastic worm. I went fishing the other day and some guys were using a plastic worm and the bass never stopped bitting.

  • People need to learn how to label their fucking videos I came to learn how to fish a plastic worm not how to rig one ...

  • @CrypticNexus777 Were making a part 2 video explaining how to fish with worms ( not just visuals ). In the comments below this video I explain how to fish your worm but if you don't know how to rig it properly it is worthless. Thanks for watching and check out our up coming video soon. Sorry for the delay it has been raining and raining here in northern california.

  • 80 % of the time a bass will hit it on the way down. so reel up and let it sink reel up and let it sink or work it along the top of some weeds slowly, It's alway fun to see them hit it on the top!!!. But the most important thing about bass fish is alway watch your line ( I know sounds simple ) but a bass will grab the worm and just cruise sideways with it and you can't even feel it. And set the hook lightening fast.

  • OK but answer me one question (I am a newbie). How do you retrieve? I mean, all I ever use is crank or spinners baits and just now I realize how good worms are. Do you just cast and wait? or do you retrieve slowly or fast? do you tug on the line to make it look alive? I mean just exactly how do you do it? the rigging is the easy part.....the technique is where I get lost.

  • it is a shimano chronarch spelling is maybe wrong. Fishermen's Warehouse in sacramento ca, ask for a left handed reel.

  • how did you get a casting reel for your left hand please reply back

  • @TheAwsomeman56 Yes josh did

  • @OptimisticLifestyle whereed he get it

  • @TheAwsomeman56 ...go to EBAY...look up baitcasters esp the Shimano brand... the 101, 201, 301 Shimano Curado or 51, 101 Shimano Chronarch.(odd # => Left handed reels) .id only stay with Shimano b/c they are top quality brand ...I spool with braid or flurocarbon..(never mono)....happy bidding...

  • Well done...

  • do bass have teeth because i caught my first 2 pound and tryed to lip it but its teeth poked me
