Cool video. I have been told by my GP that after my MRI scan i have a bulging disc. I personaly have to be very careful in day to day life as one wrong movement causes my back to spasm and I drop to the floor unable to move for days. I dont really want to go down the road of surgery and now I have seen this video i gives me hope I can get my disc corrected safely..
Ok so your method takes about the same amount of time it would take for it to heal on it's own? Couldn't a person perform the same treatment that your expensive table does by simply lifting themselves up on a bar or door frame and relaxing their back and legs? I'll even answer my own question! Yes you can! I messed up my back was diagnosed and told I needed surgery. I came home and did a pull up and my back popped and it was instantly relieved. After doing that once a day for about a month it's
This is Dr. Brian Prieto of Prieto Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression and I have a DRX9000 spinal decompression unit in my office for the past 6 years in Yorba Linda, Orange County. Glad to see some education on spinal decompression, great job!
Someone at work just told me about this recently. I might have a herniated disc and currently taking vicatin because the pain is so bad. I go for my MRI in a few days. It's nice to know there are other options out there because I know several people that have had back surgury and NONE of them had any success.
yeah, my sister-in-law had an open back surgery, and NOTHING changed. she still feels the same. now I have a herniated disc, and don't know what to do. i feel like I became hadicapped.
I have it too, and I'm 19 ys old, and I do sports, I didn't lift anything heavy, so there was no reason I should have it, but here it is. I go swimming 3-4 times a week, and exercise my back 2 times a week ( with a physican ). The best to do is to grab something on the roof, and hang as long as you can, it streches your spine a bit. This video sounds better, I will try it, but unfortunately I live outside the US.

the disc theory of back pain is dead.
it's all understandable why we have arrived to this point, but it's like the earth being flat - no basis in reality.
check out my channel and link to website. it's all proven straight from medical literature.
