If you're a good cook you can make great food from different cultures other than your own. It just seemed funny at first when different ethnic groups were running food eateries that conflicted with their own background. As long as the food tastes good! I love chimichangas!
@orvie8 Steve, actually a lot of Mexicans who work in Italian restaurants learn everything and know enough to open their own restaurants. My cousin owns a pizzeria and restaurant and he had Mexicans working for him and one of them left and he opened his own pizzeria.

Dude, I miss living in SoCal and the mom and pops mexican restaurants. You could get big ass burritos and tacos that were authentic mexican goodness, and they were like 100x better than taco bell and cheaper. BTW, if you get a message back from youtube saying "we need more info on your video" what you need to put in your claim to get approved is pretty specific. First, put "I own and created all material in this video" and then LINK (htt p://) the site you got it from, and say it was
