The main thing that annoyed me about Cuddy dumping House is that at the end of the first episode, he did say, 'I've done terrible things to you and I'll do terrible things to you again' - I MEAN, HE TOOK THE PILLS BECAUSE HE CARED ABOUT HER IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT!!!

i also thought it was great when House said: "No, no, no, no. Don't, don't". I watched this video (which is well made) and then I watched S07E01 - Now What?. And House says exactly the same thing to Cuddy when she looks at his leg. Only just made the connection then.
