I think this looks too gothic and over powers the shape, and color of the eyes and skin. Over all it takes away from the beauty of the entire face. It's too drastic. Dont get me wrong, I'm all for smoked eyes but this is a bit over the top.

maybe she likes gothic over the top makeup makeup. Maybe she's brave and wears whatever the hell she wants and doesn't care is people think. This look is edgy and DIFFERENT than all the countless boring normal smokey eyes that everyone does Don't tell an artist what to do. If you don't like this look, go somewhere else.

can i use a normal eyeliner instead of a cake liner??

you can. make the same like, circular/halfmoon shape she started out with and just blend it up towards your crease. then a bit above that add a thin layer of black eyeshadow and blend them together and out until the colour fades off into your natural skin. you can highlight your brows too, for a more dramatic effect.
