I'm pretty sure the video is about getting bruised emotionally by being used up by another person. Of being milked for all your worth, taken for all you have, etc and then wearing the mental bruise of being used and abused. At least, that's what it seems to me. The lines "In this matrix, it's either you or me" and "we were born to lose" cement the idea to me. But it is only one idea.
