I love NetBSD and used to run it on my HP Jornada. The only problem was that nobody seems to keep the packages up to date and it takes forever to build them on the device. If I could build the packages on my desktop PC I would still use it.
@whetphish If you install recent NetBSD -current (5.99.39 or later) hpcarm you can also use packages for W-ZERO3 even on Jornada. ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/tsutsui/wzero3/packages/arm/5.99.38/All/
