I agree with daniel92581 that Seattle is not all that good! I lived there for 15 years. I love the rain on a hot day, but other then that...rain there sux! The people there are big headed! The cops are crooked, racist, and the government is corrupt! Folklife is THE only attraction to see there.....if you ask me!
Every state has its phases of rain, and as Washington might be more frequent and/or lasts longer, I don't notice abnormal amounts of rain... I like it in WA.

i live in seattle.. well really close to it. and i love it here, ive lived here my whole life. the rain is one of the best parts.
