@Lordoftheringsforevr Everything used in a force (characters, troops, monsters etc) has a value in points. The more effective a model is, the greater its' value, and so costs more points. Eg Gandalf would cost more points than a goblin. The points value of the models used are added up, usually to an agreed level by the players present. Eg, everyone has a force worth 800 points each.

What does Glamdring and Narya do for Gandalf in the game? I mean last time I played Gandalf the Grey wasn't that impressive. But I guess they added his Elvish ring of fire and Glamdring. Glamdring is the best sword of the 3rd age.

Does it give gandalf an extra attack or something?

i love this game, have like 4 evil armies (good, especially elves, can suck it)

but stll, it took me 75 to get all that on eBay. with a little conversion work, you can make a troops box to include captains and other cool stuff. how ever, only i play this game in my town. because of 40k :(
