  • Thank you!!!! This helped.

  • Thanks for these wonderful lessons. Will you be able to cover double stops too please? Thanks again.

  • please go a little slower for those of us who are less gifted. You should be a national treasure. we love you.

    THANKYOU DAVID

  • What letter note are they? I'm self taught and lacking these positions. Thank you David.

  • Hello, David, these lessons are truly great, you cover an amazing range of topics. I have what might seem like an easy question: As you move up the fingerboard, how does your bowing change? I have a hard time getting a good sound when playing 6, 7 & thumb positions. Thanks a lot.

  • @Ironboat1951 - I'm not David, but I think he'd say something similar to me : ) Basically, when you place a finger on the string, you're effectively shortening it, so as you move further up the fingerboard you'll want to in turn move your bow closer to the bridge to keep the same *relative* position. It isn't precise, but this is the general idea. Hope that helps.

  • great help man

    keep on doing

    be blessed :-)

  • thankyou very much.
