I don't really see how it's off of Nightmare Before Christmas. Yeah it's about Halloween, but with a plot nothing like the Tim Burton movie. I do think it's pretty inspired by Vasquez, but more then likely Johnny The Homicidal Maniac, and not Invader Zim.

When Chobits was adapted for anime it didn't raise any questions. There were 8 books but tons of episodes. I guess it's just the way of t.v. However, I don't think it would be so bad if the eps weren't so short.

This has gotten somewhat lame. They're dividing pages into what, 2 minute episodes? And just to add in a filler they have minature musicals to go with it, they changed around a few of the voice actors from iManga series, which chaps my ass, cause now the voice actor for MR. Kitty is really lame. What was a serious Manga series is now attempting to be way too cartoonish. They should be longer and identical to the mangas.
