@balle1800 it's sure he/she is using a graphics tablet. I don't know which one, wacom or what kind. A lot of people has wacom. I use graphics tablet and when she/he paints there is pressure that's why I think is using a graphics tablet :P I hope it was helpful. Wacoms are the best tools but I have a genius since 1 year and it's really amazing, big, cheaper than wacoms... perfect! :P

@MissTechnoLover101 My genius has pressure sensor levels, all graphic tablets have the same things, but what make some better, is the quantity of those things. for example, wacom has more pressure levels, but, for no proffessional work, there's no diference, I'd work equal with a wacom, both have the same things and for the things that no proffessional people there isn't a huge difference ^^

@kateelynn97 It's "hwa jang shil" for bathroom. The artist was taking a bathroom break (thus the pause). The hwa just looks a bit like han when you write it fast.

@sam0m1023 I guess all it need is to control the opacity of the colour, pick the base colour and then make it low opacity and then blend it . . . I guess? That's how I do it lol

@sam0m1023 Most likely the Blend Tool XD! Its the tool that looks like a tear drop. Sometimes the brush is also a good blender if you have a tablet. I forgot what the brush was called that shes (he's?) using but its under default brushes I believe. What it looks like is it starts out dark in the center then blends out.

um, I'm not sure how to make the lines red, because I have limited experience with photoshop, but with layers, they're very useful for detailed drawings. For each new thing you put in a drawing, or each new colour you want to add, make a new layer, that way, if you make a mistake, you can simply edit that layer instead of having to change the whole picture^^
