  • I doubt Ric Flair will ever leave the 's' off Wahoo McDaniel's name.

  • The Hall of Fame seems like a facade to me. These old timers hate what Vince has done to wrestling as much as anybody.

  • ilike what mick goley said. He said that harley race once told someone "If i hit him with my left hand and he doesn't go down, i will walk around him to see what is holding him up" One of the most badass things i have ever heard

  • Harley Race was the NWA World's Heavyweight Champion for all of 1978.

  • OH MY GOD. . . Please SHUT UP Flair. You Ass-Clown

  • @reckhart15 Watch your mouth. @6:26 Flair says he could tell stories forever. And thats what this is about.

  • @lemontoalime Whatever idiot, you are a typical Flair MARK. Keep drinking the kool-aid. So much for everyone being entitled to an opinion.

  • @reckhart15 Ric Flair is one of the best ever. If that makes me a Flair mark, then so be it...

  • @lemontoalime Whatever idiot. It's nice to see there are plenty of Flair MARKS still buying into his garbage. So much for everyone being entitled to an opinion.

  • Harley did the honors for Flair and u can see he apprecited it. Harley was a bad ass

  • @aitraining Watch Flairs retirement farewell on raw Closely, When Harley came to the ring even though it was his night Ric went over and held the ropes open for him in a sign of respect. He didn't do it for anyone else that I could see. Also he had 2 divas escort him to the ring, and none of the other wrestling legends did. It just shows the kind of respect Harley race has . .

  • I would have loved to see Harley Race as the WWF/WWE champion.

  • well said ric.

  • Ric Flair is a creep.

  • i disagree w/ herbgardner420...sorry 4 that...but i believe that talent & all the other qualities that race & them had transcends eras & what-not...at least he'd & they'd have a home in roh & places like that (evolve,dg[usa],et al) if wwe/tna & them would be stupid enough 2 refuse them...

  • @jerzeefranky3475 Exactly...I'm in the same boat. The problem isn't that its cookie cutter...the problem is, the wrong types of people are WANTING to be wrestlers! You see guys (and females) who see it as a vehicle to 'bigger' stardom now. The elements that made wrestling so cool cease to exist. Harley Race would've been a JBL-esque champion even now.

  • A real legend. true class.

  • Mr. Race (and so many from his era) would have no chance if he were breaking in in today's sports entertainment. It is so cookie cutter now. When he was in the ring it was as good as it gets. I've probably watched better than a thousand of his matches and have NEVER seen him miss a spot. I have been privileged enough to get to speak with Mr. Race on many occasions and you cannot find a more humble and gracious person anywhere, doubly amazing when one grasps the success he obtained in his field.

  • Harley Race was the NWA World's Heavyweight Champion on January 18, 1980.

  • Man, does Ric Flair love the sound of his own voice or something? Every induction vid i've watched where he inducts someone he waffles on and on for about 10 minutes! It's about the inductee Flair!

  • i love how it starts of...'although Harley acheived most of his fame outside of the WWE'...OH REALLY?>>NO SHIT>>

  • Race: toughest man ever in wrestling.

Race: what wrestling is REALLY about.

  • Please WWE...I want a 3 disc set about the life story of Harley Race before it's too late, before mr Race passes away...He deserves it !! Please do it !!

  • @JonathanVonErich Damn right bro

  • good

  • watch triple h watching his biggest hero induct his second biggest hero. say whatever you want about him; he loves the business.

  • one of the greatest NWA worlds heavyweight champions of all time

  • I've Talked to Mr Race and he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He's a true class act.

  • Harley Race defined the term, "brutal wrestler."

  • id love to meet harley race

  • @watanabehefuml ~You serious?

  • "he's all man and yard-wide, folks" Solie said everything you need to know about Harley Race in that statement.

  • I watched this guy wrestle in KC every week when I was a kid. He was and always will be one of the best!
