Great video and workout, but since they're all just snippets, want to ask: For abt how long is he actually doing each drill? For example, for that one travelling around the half circle @ the foul line, does he then take a break right after, or repeats it a number of times?

I realized that is exactly what you are targeting! The players who have close minded, narrow goals. I always need to be open to new ideas to improve!!!
