Got that a bit wrong there. Mass Effect 2 is better than the first in SOOO many ways, don't get me wrong, the first game is great but there were some parts that just made you wanna bang your head against a wall, not to mention the god awful DLC.
Mass Effect 2 doesn't have a bad plot, it just isn't as fast paced as ME1's, which makes sense because in that game the Reapers are already there, whereas in ME2 they are not yet.

If you killed the council in ME1 they are dead in ME2 aswell and replaced with a human council, which will also have a greater effect in ME3. Or if you saved them that will effect what happens in ME2 and 3 aswell. sure the story is still to kill the collectors in ME2 but if you keep their station instead of blowing it up, you will have great new technologies in ME3 that you wouldn't achieve if you blew it up.

A human council only happens if you are a renegade and since you keep out of council space in ME2, doesn't it make sense you wouldn't see the effects right away, until ME3 where you return to council space for the most part.

I didn't want wrex die but I didnt get his armour or persuade him. I was so pissed when we shot him. Ecspecially because the first shots didn't kill him and you could hear him moaning in his own blood :(
don't know how anyone could shoot him, i sacrified kaiden he was a boring character, but wrex was amazing, i always made sure i chose the non-neutral speech options in the game, so i contributed stronly to renegade or paragon.
Ash was racist to aliens so when she did this without my approval i got pissed. of course i didnt signal her, but in the end, i let her die and saved kaiden. I am happy i did too he is really good.
you have to either get your paragon or renegade up pretty high so you can choose a red or blue option. if he dies in ms1 then in ms2 he wont be there. i plan on making more files to see EVERYTHING FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here, I hate Kaidan too but Ashley is such a bitch!
Btw, has anyone noticed that, with the exception of Kasumi and Jack in Mass Effect 2, that the human squad members in these games kinda, suck? In both personality and usefulness on the field.
Seriously, I don't think I used either Kaidan or Ashley once when I didn't have to and in ME2 the only human I ever use is Kasumi (yeah Jack is a good character but Samara/Thane is such a better choice for biotics, I'm a soldier btw).

I didn't want wrex die but I didnt get his armour or persuade him. I was so pissed when we shot him. Ecspecially because the first shots didn't kill him and you could hear him moaning in his own blood :(

don't know how anyone could shoot him, i sacrified kaiden he was a boring character, but wrex was amazing, i always made sure i chose the non-neutral speech options in the game, so i contributed stronly to renegade or paragon.

you have to either get your paragon or renegade up pretty high so you can choose a red or blue option. if he dies in ms1 then in ms2 he wont be there. i plan on making more files to see EVERYTHING FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
