It depends on what type of turns you prefer. These are usually denoted by the algorithms you use xP Some people prefer R U moves, and it's easier to execute them (I find personally) with your "left hand".
However, if you prefer L U moves (every algorithms has a reflected sequence) then it's easier to execute those with your "Right hand"

Most of the algs we use when we are right hand are ''R'' based, and it's easier to do R moves when you use your left hand.
