Wow, not only is that an absolutely ugly logo, but it breaks almost EVERY rule about logo design.

The most important of which is that you NEVER create a logo as raster! You NEVER use Photoshop to create a logo. Use a VECTOR based program such as Adobe Illustrator. Creating a logo as a raster object will only cause you headaches in the future and cost you more time and money to recreate it properly later.

Not necessarily! It depends on where you're going to use it often. If its for tv or net that's not a big deal. There are lots of logo that are in full color out there.

My point is logo does not need to be a vector all the time. It's not a rule. And if its a rule, it can be broken.

Illustrator or Coral Draw is the way it needs to be made. Photoshop images can't be scaled up at the printers or for vehicle branding. Bitmap images are good for illustration use like front covers and so on.
