For all of you that are glad you're not like him....I have a son with Down Syndrome. He's glad to not be like you. If only you could be blessed enough to have a child with Down Syndrome, you'd see the loving, caring, amazing people they are. You'll never meet a person as awesome as someone with Down Syndrome. I guarantee you that!

@rlhstl i agree with you wholeheartedly. I support people with Downs to live in the community (England) and it's the best job ever. I never get that 'oh no work tommorrow' feeling and every night I go home feeling that I've had a brilliant day. It's the only job I've done where I get hugged to bits as a matter of course. @Joyshillaker Thank you! I'm very happy to hear that you're such an advocate for Down Syndrome(or, Down's Syndrome in the UK...lol!)! My son, Riley, is the most amazing person I've ever met. The boy had surgery for a hypospadias two days before our annual Down Syndrome walk, and didn't even fuss one time. Mind you, it was 96 F outside, and the humidity was about 85$. He's a tough little guy!
