I thought the parents had to be there during the shoot. I think they knew and said who cares. alot of kids underage boy or girl looks much older then they are. the reason some of these girls look older is because of make up and what there wearing. If they had normal clothes on they would look more there age.

That's the point, these girls aren't supposed to look underage.
