Back again. I didnt know how handy this was until I mastered the first teir of training with rolls. now all thats left is to master the front handspring then the back then move onto flips

The shimmying is very nice but however you climbed up onto the ledge and defeating the purpose of the shimmy in that scenario try jumping to the side whilst shimmying the you will have you self a slightly more styealthy shimmy

a few years, i've just recently been able to develope my jump good training to the level it is, and im getting better. im hoping to put up part 3 of the training either in the spring or early summer. (Its gonna be very intense) ^_^

I've only just taken up Ninjutsu and have had about 4 lessons on it. Just about to get my membership, all we've done so far is techniques with grappling and punches, I take it we get to practise the stuff you do in your videos? Oh yeh, we've done the rolling bit ;P
