yes this season does suck but the best ones are the first four seasons. I just hate this season it sucks and they are so freaking stupid. I got bored after i watched 2 episodes and i would have to say that i would rather watch the anime gravitation other than this show and gravitation is about gay boys. I would not recommend this show to anyone not even my worst enemy's.

@Maliki79 Yeah, unlike the Pokemon songs who have to have like POKEMON MASTER! In them.Can't they get an actual pop group to sing their songs? Even in the Japanese it has to have something with Pokemon or battling or become a Pokemon MASUTA!!

These have much more feeling to them. They don't say BUY ME I'M DIGIMON!

I love Pokemon and a little more than Digimon in parts, but the songs and catchphrases (in Pokemon) really annoy me >_<

@Maliki79 Also, I've grown to like Digimon better because they have more creative names and you can actually tell where they come from even if they all do end with MON. People say because of the GundraMON part it's unoriginal or whatever. But at least you can tell where the names come from instead of Mijumaru.

Even though Mijumaru is really cute- just being cute isn't going to get you far. You have to have good attacks, good stats, and it's always nice if they have a name you can relate to.

@TheBigAnimation I'm not really all that much of a fanboy, myself, so I couldn't care less about the names. However, one thing I do like over Pokemon is the quality of the storylines. Pokemon seems to be an aimless series designed only to make money as each new video game version gets released. There's next to no character development or even major coherency between episodes save a few.

@Maliki79 You're right, it just seems for the money now, no real love is put into the show. I'm not saying exactly love is being put into Digimon but I'm saying they seem to be enjoying themselves.

When you are acting in any form you have to either put your heart and soul into it, or actually be enjoying it. Pokemon is just doing it for the kids, who buy it. Instead of the actual audience- because not everyone who watches Pokemon is five years old! I'm 14 and I (kind of) still watch it! >8(
