A question here. Reverse ring or extension tube or Raynox 250 is better for alternative macro photography?

I have checked this feature in a 60D with a 100mm 2.8 L IS USM and the servo AF is very fast and seeks the shaking camera movements but I did not see a difference focusing far or near objects.

@Tavor21Actual I will doa review on any lens or other stuff I get. I have been busy for a while but I will be making more vids. I am looking for a good used 70-200 so it should be coming any time.
