We, unfortunately, do have the Eat Smart Cafe. But, due to remodeling done over the summer of 2009, the Eat Smart Cafe sign was taken down.

@TheCanvasAssassin I have noticed that in every high school I go to, they dont have the eat smart cafe signs. Like at Burges and Chapin, only the trash cans say Eat Smart Cafe. Yea, the food there is very nasty isnt it? I mean at Jeff, aren't the burgers wrapped in silver wrappers, and then they are wet. And then the pizza is very gross, the peperonis slide off the cheese. And im sure u guys also have slushies which are not so bad, and the ice cream is melted.

@TheCanvasAssassin And then the nachos are soaked in cheese. Yea, thats Eat Smart Cafe. All EPISD High School have that. I was at Hornedo a few years back, and I remember how horrible the food is. The Food at the Hot Spot Cafe in soccoro schools are a lot and I mean a lot better than Eat Smart Cafe Food in EPISD schools. I had food at El Dorado High School 2 weeks ago when I went for a conference there and it was actually pretty good. EPISD is not a good district.

@TheCanvasAssassin School's in the ysleta and Soccoro district are a lot more organized and have a better circulmn then schools in EPISD.

Looks like that school has a Fire-Lite or Notifier fire alarm system. Must've originally been a Simplex system or something

Jefferson High School is good place... Its like any other school in america just with more spansih speaking people that i don't understand them... Anywho they have one of the best croos country teams in the state...

@reyes915817 It is a good school, it is one of those schools for if u want to become a doctor, cuz of Silva Magnet. The real name is Jefferson/ Silva High School. Only reason why i see it as not good is cuz well no offense at all, but it looks very ghetto.

@dontwalkhand I dont believe so, and yes this is an ADA school. Bel Air High School tour, which will be next is not an ADA school and one of the buildings has no elevator, and im dead serious. The wheelchair people have to use stairs and have friends help them up.

@newsboysfan222 Well, when i peeked in the cafeteria, i did not see an Eat Smart Cafe Sign. All I saw was Jeff Cafe. Maybe it was there, I just did not look carefully. And when i did the peeking, the security women started at me from a distance, so i had to do it quick. If it has Eat Smart Cafe, then the food is so nasty. Was it nasty when u were there?
