@TheWjoker333 work on hand speed: clap push-ups (clapping as many times as possible). The slap game, place hands on top of another's, they try and slap your hands and vice versa. Bouncing a tennis ball on the floor or against the wall. All good exercises that require little to no equipment.

@MrHwd I don't do rotation exercises - focus more on power through Olympic lifts and plyometrics (both upper and lower body plyometrics).
