@mbhuiyan827 they are out now, i went to my local best buy and picked them up. if the website says not available go to the store and check anyways. they sound amazing too. i had the pros but they were too uncomfortable so i exchanged them for these. the pro's have more bass but these have better overall sound & comfort.

@qwerty5002 I would not use these just mp3 listening if I were you. Since these don't take batteries like the studios, they use more of the mp3 player/ipod's power to get good quality. CDs use the full potential of these headphones. Trust me, get the studios.

I think I'll stick to the world-renowned Sennheiser HD25-i-ii's over the Beats. Actual DJ's use them for their work and they most likely sound better than the Mixr's anyway. You can't really beat that considering the HD25-i-ii's cost $170 nowadays unlike the will-be-overpriced Mixr's.
