In hearing Naomi's voice, I am reminded of how Ike Turner had Tina singing like a man; Naomi is a clear throwback to the 40-60's era of the legendary, great gospel blues singers that recorded for Savoy, Coleman, Apollo, Specialty, Duke/Peacock and Chess-Checker labels.
