To my knowledge phase 1 of bab trablus is to be complete this year, and the rest is gonna be complete in 2011, bes at the latest most projects would be complete by the end of 2011 there is already a number of projects that are gonna be completed by the beginning of next year, I dont know where you got 2016 loooool thats too much of a wait

@LibyanLioness your knowledge is lack brother about the whole projects will be complete in 2016 according to the plan for an ideal city Tripoli ,so some projects we have not begun yet like train stations , tunnels , Hotels, hospitals and so on

that are not just in Tripoli, it's everywhere in Libya, however i agree with you ( the the latest most projects would be complete by the end of 2011 ) im ..

اشتقت لمراقبة الشمس وهي ترسل بخيوطها اللامعة في صباح يوم جديد...فتحت نافذتي

واطلقت بصري الى العنان... لمحت اول ظهورها ولكم اتوق لرؤية الشروق من جديد
