Ah, a bittersweet set for me... As one, I desperately want it - and two, a couple years ago now I'd preordered the DC Direct Mad Love set and (I may've even commented to this effect on your original Harley review) went almost a year before finally finding out I was screwed out of the set. Harley Quinn has been the most elusive figure for me to track down. Figures, as this one looks fantastic! *sigh*

I agree with you that the new figure has brighter and beautiful colors but black is badly painted at her waist. One plus point is her face is beautiful and her upper lip is formed better than the older figure.

actually Harley does have powers..kind of. Poison Ivy gave her some kind of drug that inhances her abilities & makes her immune to most poisons as well
