I liked the whole idea but I would like to comment on the bouquet of flowers which was held by one of the singing priest . I believe that in Orthodox religion every movement and symbol has its own significance; if I am not mistaken. So the flower should be replaced by a Cross. My fear is if we continue to add things which do not belong to the Orthodox Church we would loose its orginality. Thank you.

Poorly done video! A pastoral view with a bus in the background and an equally not convincing two shepherds and a film clip amateurishly stuck together.
However the song on its own is a lively and cheerful song which successfully draws on our good choral tradition.I can not therefore listen to this song just sitting.I have to get on my feet and happily sway along with it.
The sweet refrain 'nahu semaenahu be Ephratah' particularly makes the glory and glad tidings of nativity fresh and real.
Nahu (behold) semanenahu (we heard) be Ephratah (Ephrathah =Betilehem)
means basically
" We beheld and heard what happened in Betelihem."
(Referring to the birth of Christ)
heres a verse about it:
Michah 5:2
2 “ But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting.”
