  • 1.77 caliber is shit 22 has a better dammage rate on it and its accurate

i woudent waste monny on a 1.77 air rifle

instead i will put my monny on a 22 caliber air rifle

because there more expensive but you get a better air rifle

    for a good price

now why waste mony on a shity 1.77 air rifle i fired a 1.77 and i hated it it and the pellets

thay where so un accurate and it wasent scoped but i was on target but it kept missing

i ownley got 2 shots hit last shot missed i never fired a 22 yet

  • are the crosman silver eagle worth the try? will it be accurate at 65 yards?

  • bigtomdoesntknowshitaboutscience

  • Hollow point bullets are made to flatten and expand upon entering a soft target such as flesh, thus, doing more internal damage. Hollow points are also used to minimize collateral damage in a sensitive or populated area such as a airplane. The round will use all of it's energy and stop inside of your target. Hollow points do a lot less damage on metal, wood, armor, and other hard targets. Do not use glass, start using blocks of clay. Glass has way to many variables.

  • man, everyone quit your hating. this guy is only trying to have fun. quit knockin the guy for plinkin with his pellet rifle. what is everyone on youtube suddenly NRA executive balistic professionals?

  • @xialong123 lol

  • cool video. I just picked up a 392. waiting for it to arrive, eager

I dont have many choices of pellet locally, mostly Crosman and some beeman if i go to a sporting goods store. But i generally just get them at walmart, only crosman though there

  • hmmm, over penatration isnt what you what when hunting live quarry, you want the pellet to deliver all of its energy into the target, and not pass through.

  • Dude stop using the same glass over and over again it wont prove anything. Its like shooting a skull four times. The material will get weak with the first shot. Use a different glass of the same size for each shot. Then compare those shots with each other. Then we could really see a difference.

  • that looks really cool

  • probably not as consistent with a multi pump gun, should try a singe pump break barrel for more consistency, but thanks for the interesting review.

  • perfect ,congratulation

  • @dela213 only thing to say with your response rant to my comment, you still lack any inteligent thinking by trying to argue with me and repeating yourself, do everyone a favor and if you have anything to say that would help someone or give a few pointers because i know you muuusssttt be a target shooter/hunter/ or air gunner you know so much..... doubtfull save the space for people who dont get thier rocks off by being a dick :o) have a nice day

  • @1gamoguy you are pathetic you tried to knock delta213 first as he made a valid point. you need to calm down. chew some ritelin or something

  • @mynottwst ok JR first off coming from a degenerate like yourself i was not even going to comment back oh and you have one video uploaded that has nothing to do with ANY TYPE OF GUN be it rimfire centerfire PCP air or spring piston powered so go take your prepubecent trolling ass elsewhere, or try to form any comment in a wel educated manner on a subject you are EDUCATED in :o)

  • @1gamoguy look dick his comment is the highest rated.. ha ha. it is precocious cocky tossers like you that ruin youtube. ANd your comment about having no vids uploaded. At least I haven't uploaded a bunch of shit.

  • @mynottwst yoru to damn funny jr. everyones argument is that he is using this test to show a ballistic outcome and its not, its just seeing exactly what the pellet can withstand before it fragments, i could care less whos comment is highest rated only trolls like you that search youtube to talk shit and run yoru mouth do, oh and upload a bunch of shit hahaha anytime your in the central new york area buddy iam more than willing for a little friendly competition at the range

  • @mynottwst unless you only play with lil scooters??? either way your a failure it does not matter and before anymore trolls comment on this video maybe you all should get a life and actualy shoot before commenting on shit you have no idea what it is about

  • @1gamoguy lets have a summary of our conversation. You thought that hydraulic shock was to do with industrial digging equiptment so i called you out and now you are embarrassed.

  • @mynottwst wow...... seriously i did make refferance to hyrdraulics that are in machines never said industrial digging equipment... not sure what your reading there bud but you may have dyslexia or maybe you can not understand what you read..... the whole point of your previous vocal diahreia was that this video shows nothing of penetration on a ballistic level, its just showing how much penetration that each pellet had through a certain material, so go troll somewhere else other than here

  • @mynottwst the only person you are embarrassing is yourself scooter boy, but why change the subject like i said and this will be my last comment if you want to act like high mighty you will have to do it with yourself but if your ever in the central new york region and you want to have a friendly competition at the range iam game, you know nothing of air rifles or the munitions for them nor do you show any intellect on any other gun, so go troll else where no one cares about your stupidity

  • You are an idiot and the youtube community agrees and that is saying something. Your tests display a complete lack of critical thinking. You must have an extremely low intellect. Good luck in life loser, you're gonna need it.

  • look at all these haters man

it will never stop caint shoot a damn pellet gun without haters if u dont like dont watch haters

  • A very descriptive test. I recently purchased a few tins of Crosman lead free .177 hollow points and crosman re-designed them and re-named them 'Super Sonic Pellets".These are good too but weigh only 4 grains each lighter than silver eagle's.Seem to get about 700 fps out of my crosman 1077 (12) shot c02 repeater rifle. But they jammed up my T-4 so,i dont use them in that particular gun no more. Cool test ,i gota try that one too,I just hope that RWS comes out with a .22 lead free hi-velocity one

  • fuck bigtomscience and you

  • hollow points arent meant for max penetration shoulda used pointed pellets

  • the green one on the top right has a secret.

It's not 4.5mm It's 4.6mm, which makes it seat extremely well in the barrel and use it's rifling more effectively.

Shoots really really fast, It's what i shot in my video exclusively. and look what happened to my soda can.

Silver Eagle Hollow points turned out to be my favorite of all time. I thought they would be crap because they said "lead-free" but i was mistaken.dead accurate for close to medium range.but they tend to kart wheel farther out

  • Your test are not credible at all! Why did you use the same pane of glass for all the shots? This tells me that you should leave the testing to people who know what the hell they are doing! "Word"- Tommy

  • @tgs989 i was just gonna comment on this vid coz i thought the exact same thing ... some ppl...

  • I love Crossman Premier Hollow or Daisy PrecisionMax Pointed.

I shot a water bottle with them and the Daisy ones collapsed into a lead bb. The hollow turned into shrapnel. 90% of the time it doesnt look a thing like a pellet, just a piece of rigid lead. Both kick ass. i took out a groundhog with the hollow though.

  • uh yeah, glass??what a waste of time

  • fuck time.

  • hey bigtomscience hollow-points aren't made for penetration, they are made for shock caused by energy transfer through hydraulic shock. second glas is a terrible medium for any test because glass has too many variables in production that can make results inconsistent. if you wanna do a penetration test, use gelatin, if you want to do a shock test use clay. take some hints and tips from other videos and improve your videos and make them more informative. Your videos do nothing but waste time.

  • I agree. Big wast of time. Videos made buy a Big Dummy who doent know shit! DO NOT WATCH THIS BUGS STUPID VIDEOS!

  • THIS IDOT IS NOT WORTH A BROKE-DICK! BIG WAST OF TIME WATCHING A BUG ACT LIKE HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING.-Fact is hes a IDOT-"WORD"

  • fuk u y hate on him

  • @tgs989 yea this video comment took alot of thought with minimum intelligence WWOOOORRRRRDDDDDDD imbocile!

  • @dela213 WTF are you talking about hydraulic shock????????? its not a friggen truck problem or brake problem so before you trying to sound all "scientific" and trying to use big words get your ass a dictionary and find out what the hell they mean first

  • @1gamoguy ur like 13 arent u? hydraulics refers to the way fluids react... not only including trucks or hydraulic fluid but also to any liquid. In this case it pertains to what energy can be transferred into tissue living or non-living (ie. gelatin, clay, skin, water, or blood). Plus i said "hydraulic shock" not "hydraulic shocks". So before you decide to call me out like I'm an idiot, you should probably learn a little something. Nice attempt at trolling though.

  • @dela213

Hydraulic shock is a good example for a bullet hitting someone with a bulletproof jacket on, all the energy of the bullet will be transferred to the person (and jacket). The purpose of a hollow-point is to open upon entering a target thus causing more tears and ruptures which will likely cause more damage to animal/object being shot.

Also, glass is an an atomic network solid (compressed silicon), it's not ever a consistent structure, the production had nothing to do with that.

  • @jaffey2006

And sorry I just realized I misunderstood by what you were saying by hydraulic shock. You seem to be touching more on physics than what is actually taking place though.

  • My Gamo Whisper would go right through all of those :p. I love it. PBA ammo for best accuracy and FPS (just my opinion).

  • how are those super h points rws

  • well what are u using them for?

  • hunting

  • just say this then i wouldnt use and type of wad cutter for huntin..use RWS Super point Extra i use them and i love em..but again if u take say soft flesh animals or body shots probly the crossmen premier hollow points those are the only 2 types of pellets i use and so far i killed every thing from fox to squirrl with em

  • dfamn dude i have an 880 and i didnt think it would be that strong at all!!! good vid

  • for pellet gun hunting yu dont want BIG pellet damage yu would want lil ones cuz they go through da prey faster nd easyer nd dont really catch da wind !

  • why do u shoot pelletguns if u could buy "real" ones

  • in most states you don't need a fucking license to own one, unlike actual firearms.

  • b/c u can't shoot a "real" gun in your back yard. I shoot my "real" guns at the gun range, but when I can't go to the gun range I just shoot bb guns with my friends in my back yard.

  • Maybe because a AK-74 is overkill FIZZBITCH!

  • its good to see ya back!!! now do sum accuracy tests!

  • Do u do this shit For fun?

  • i dropped a bird today son

  • me 2!!!!

  • nice man very nice
