hey i have the laney tf100 too and i think its a pretty good amp.

what is the output of this amp?

i've seen different descriptions everywhere, 40w, 50w, 65w and 100w.

i just wondered what i've actually got lol.

Amp is 50W (TF200 is 65W and TF300 is 100W)

thx for the info the seller is sending a fender speaker to replace the one in it he says the speaker is crackling so i will get to hear the difference between the two, again thanks keep rockin

Hi! I pretty much like the sound of this amp - it's no valve amp, but it does quite a good job emulating one. But keep in mind that the best sound from this amp is not achieved at low volume levels. I found out that I get the best response and tone at volume set somewhere between 3 and 5. Stock speaker is 10 inch HH Invader; sound changes quite drastically if you play through different speaker so you may try replacing it, if you're not totally satisfied with the sound. I hope you'll like it :)
