You can now rotate your videos on YouTube.

Log in to YouTube and go to this video.

At the top below the search bar it will be a button "Edit video"

There is a rotate arrow button one goes to the left the other goes to the right.

You will see the Original view and Quick Preview

Rotate your video and than click "Save"

That's it, it's easy.
