This app looks like MS Virtual Desktop, which you can download for free as part of the PowerToys for XP.

Your videos are always very informative; however, the sound needs a tiny bit of improvment. It's a bit difficult to hear you when you move away from the mic. Do you think wearing a clip-on mic would help?
