i did that same exact thing but i didnt get two for one achievment becuase i didnt kill both of them while the guy set a regnator and got his health all up before i kill both of them which i didnt and it was on lone wolves.

He didn't kill the ghost, he hit the spartan driving it DIRECTLY. So he was able to knock the second guy off the ghost without it looking like he hit the ghost. But for some reason, if you hit a player with a special powerful gun like that it will just immediately destroy the vehicle....some glitch or something that bungie has yet to fix....

i think this is an easy achievement to get, i have had like 4, the best way i think is on high ground, wait 4 sumone to get in a ghost, then when sumone boards them, blow them both up! :) good shot
