  • I totally agree on what the girl at 4:40 said, it goes for (almost) all countries that are somewhat stable and stable.

  • There are different kinds of democracies, different kind of goverments, different kinds of leaders and different kinds of opinions. 'Nuff said.

  • They are just of fucking incorrectly educated brainwashed students. Communism uses propaganda to rule it's people.

  • This is how people see the world

    Western Nationalism - Patriotism

    Chinese Nationalism - Propaganda

    Ironic?

  • I go to a Univeristy (in the USA) that has a ton of Chinese kids attending and honestly I'm cool with all of them. Sure they can get on my nerves from time to time, but hell anyone can get on anyone's nerves.

  • There is no such thing as a perfect goverment but I wouldnt want to live where I couldnt tell it that it wasnt perfect.I do agree that we as Americans need to focus on our own issues and if someone want democracy then they need to fight for it like our forefathers did.The term superpower is stupid. We are all in this together. There is no mine your for we are one race.

  • Perceptive and articulate young people able to point out the glaring hypocrisies of western foreign policy a damn site more intelligently than the average American or Brit.

  • After this interview, all 6 students were arrested by the Chinese government for speaking against it.

  • @runningrhythm I'm assuming this is a lie until I see a source.

  • The very first girl talking about how the U.S. claims that it's a democracy, but forces its ways on others is just amazing. Just shows how the U.S. is against everything it claims.

  • @BasilooCa lol

  • i like the part at 3:06 we don't need a superpower. people wake up. we need real democracy.

  • They are stupid, plain and simple. Brainwashed and thats it. The KMT is the legitimate government of China anyways.

  • @TinklestheGoat i bet you are american just for saying that. this kids are smarter then any fat cat at any american high school. you just mad that they are telling the truth. especially about the super powers comment they made that that word should not be use because theirs no such thing only Americans think they are a super power. just because they invade countries around the world.

  • Taiwan is the Real China

  • glad to know american kids arnt the only stupid kids in the world atleast our kids can google anything lmao

  • @isaacdandn23 what are you talking about just because you dont agree with their realistic ideas does not mean they are stupid. this kids know the truth. but american kids always believe the crap they teach them in HS. ohh america is great oh america helps bring democracy, but since when does this country has democracy? and since when our interest has been the good of the people and not oil? so who is brain washed? look at the video again with a non-american mind and you will understand.

  • @juanlmesl the american people know our country isnt trying to bring democracy to the world we are an empire that is siezing up resources for ourselves....china is trying to do the same but they are still to economically weak and militaristicly they are an infant compared to the united states military might..american kids become steve jobs mark zukerburgs we innovate the world what does china do....what great thing have chinese kids done other then buy our technology...

  • @isaacdandn23 look at your kids toy and tell me where was it made? look at many of the product you use at your house and tell me where was it made. few things are made here or in Europe. china is just a country trying to survive and developed from an economic point of view like everyone else. and no they are not trying to steal resources like the fat USA and Europe are doing it.

  • @juanlmesl lol you just proved me right why do u think they arn't tying to seize resources they are to weak economically and military....they produce cheap knockoffs at almost slave labor while americans innovate...american kids are superior to chinese kids because of our capitalistic democratic freedom oriented society compared to chinas shut up and obey society

  • India has democracy, Mrs Zhang.

  • Someone should tell the Tibetans and the Uighurs to have more esteem for the Chinese and their non-coercive way of doing things.

  • Why are they talking to naive and callow university students instead of actual policymakers in China? You could speak to literally millions of American students who would churn out the exact same shopworn clichés. Meanwhile, the Arab Spring last year showed us that there *is* a universal aspiration to democracy among all peoples, even in the supposed civilisational nemesis of the West, Islam.

  • American governments doen't give a crap about "democracy", only about control of other countries. If America had a democracy there would be no banker bailouts, Illegal immigration, TSA groping travelers, no it's just a word and an illusion.

  • China is for eat pussy. They love you long time. Trung Quốc âm hộ hương vị tốt.

  • If Chinese government can build up social warefare system and balance the rich and the poor, but in fact, those rich people always have government background and or try so much using money to get some government friends, there are corruptions and people in china is very cruel, no mercy in the whole system and the rural people are suffering ... I had a question for ur government: why u offset some foreign debts, why not instead give the money to ur people and let the poor have basic livings and

  • this students have no idea what they are talking about. presuming they know everything of their country but they didnt. China became powerful because they should be. with an explosion of population, China must be powerful enough to secure resources or they will suffer the consequences if they cannot.

  • @devilcruiser do you know everything about your country?

  • @xpressurs of course, im a political science student too, im from Philippines, and do you know Philippines before is second to the most wealthiest in asia?, third is China, and now tables are turn because our country is flooded with pig politicians enslave by american dickheads, now we are suffering from poverty, unlike China, today they became economically and military powerful because of their policies.

  • China needs a Putin, a fucking leader not a bureucracy of old people

  • The Brazilian, Mexican and Chilean middle class live better than the Chinese Middle class.

  • @ThreeX Chinese middle class is by far superior to Chilean and Mexican middle-class for sure... Not too sure about Brazilian middle class though. Maybe Brazilian middle class is better.

  • They speak amazing english, but nobody at my school can speak a lick of chinese (that isn't already chinese). or really any foreign language.

  • Hm where has the world gone to, they actually think americans are fighting for freedom, and not for oil. Fellow americans, if you just want freedom and democracy and not money, what about all the states in Russia that want freedom? Why dont you invade Russia and free them? You only want money, even your history is just about that, english people rise aggainst english people just so that they can have more money. Why dont you invade strong countries and take democracy there?

  • @TervelBG No, our history is basically a "Don't you tell me what to do" minset. And it would be a lie to say we don't want more money. Who DOSEN'T? You tell me!

  • @CognitiveNetwork 'China only cares about China'??? What makes up a country, if it's not the people. Rights, social structure, free health care, clean environment, does not necessarily slow the economic growth (which I assume is what you're referring to) of a country. In fact the previous depends on the latter. Growth leads to wealth, which in turn can be used on education, green technology, and improved health care. You see, money is the issue.

  • @CognitiveNetwork As if you know what the Chinese people want.

  • @CognitiveNetwork I just wanted to point out that free healthcare does not help the growth of a country.

  • @CognitiveNetwork the USA cares about banks and coorporations and not the people.

the USA is a company and the CEO is obama.

the people of the board are bankers and coorporations that own the USA.

people in the USA are like a ferret in a wheel.debt slaves to the system.

  • I like the girl on the left.

  • RadioMetrix News- On the Stone & Digital Dave radio show anAsian American Activist proposed a boycott of NBC and their sponsors for the hiring of Howard Stern as the America’s Got Talent host. He sighted one example of Howard Stern calling for all Asians to be slaves in America. In addition he sighted Howard Stern in black face with big white lips using the N-word and his past racial slurs against Latinos.

Call NBC TV at 212-664-4444 NY offices or 818-777-1000 LA offices to complain

  • they speak good english.

  • Spread democracy? Ha! We are spreading chaos, death, and mayhem. Our strategy is not only to dominate financially but socially and (obviously) militarily. People the world over are fooled by their desire see the situation as "normal".. its not. The situation is not normal.

    Down with the empire.

  • There fucking smart man. This is why there will be no mass "revolutions" in China, there too smart they figured it out.

  • Go China!! Peace and love!!

  • 那个带无框眼镜的小姑娘长得很漂亮嘛。

  • Folks, there is something fundamentally wrong with the Western style of government...it's is catered to big businesses, lobbyists, and self-serving politician in which there is constant bickering. For example, the four year election cycle in the US promises one thing, short term focused - pass the bucket style of governance in which the people in office just watches out for the good of themselves. How can the US achieve anything meaningful, if its parties are constantly bickering?

  • techically they can say they are against the war and so on, and in fact majority of USA population is against the present war, but they cannot really do nothing, and at the end of the day is the president/senate or major estate who decide.

In west we have liberty of speach and protection liberties, but of the end of the day, the gvnmts will not always listen ours, and protection liberties are not totally respected, ok better than in china, but not always.

  • Speaking about democracy deficiences, in a lot of countries, gvnmt applies laws whithout the people agreement, ok generally parlement members are elected, but in a perfect democracy each laws should be accepted by people. We know the three powers are not always equilibrate, in usa presidential and senate power is very strong , and the representive chambers have less influence. Plus we know that military power in USA is praticaly a state in a state, and people are not alowed to critiquise him.

  • CCp is a very corrupt gouvernemnt, as is some others western gvmts, and that the CCP in the first decades had done much more victims that the japanese imperial army. That's not a secret, but common chinese probably don't know about that, so don't judge them. You may understand that in almost all countries even west, education is controled by state, so of course they are going to teach the most positve possible about your country, it's not a common thing to china, but all countries.

  • Even in south Korea and Japan, who are considered democracies by west, the collectivity is more important, that's why very westerns when they go to these countries have dificulties to adapt. I know the CCP did many horrors as the ming dynasty, and even if china still have many difficulties with human rights and social injustice is still very high, i think their situation become better these last years.

Plus we know that democracy systems have some deficiences too.

  • these kids dont know all the facts about their goverment, asking their opinion is kind of pointless. asking some chinese that moved over seas would be better. the girl in this video that was in uk doesnt really count, she obviously didnt learn much at all.

  • yeah intelligent chinese students: "democracy may not suit every country". brainwashed petty little ones. how can they judge who's right or wrong if they've only been given the filted information?

  • Who are the conquerors? Ever see a Chinese NIGGER? Ever see a Chinese JEW Ever see a Kenya Chinese president fool and con them?

  • @GovernMentalFreedom umm there are Chinese Jews...

  • Freedom is not a universal value, and genuine democracy cannot be exported.

  • What a truly enlightened generation... as a matter of course! Being the longest-existing civilisation means more than artefacts and cuisine: the Chinese have seen the best and the worst of the last 5000 years in the world, and while the last two centuries of Western incursion are like none it had ever faced before, one needs no further to look than this group of civil, open-minded Chinese students to realise that they have made the best of it and they will overcome it with favourable results...

  • @dennisjiewenliu When you mention "the last two centuries of western incursion" are you referring to when Great Britain brought China to its knees during the Opium Wars in the 19th century?

  • @sk8ross Yes, and basically all things thereafter...

  • So China, the communist dictatorship, is more friendly and less hostile to OTHER nations than the free nation of USA, who claims to want world peace...

    Did I miss something?

  • @Pikazilla When was the last time the Chinese invaded a country overseas "to bring justice and restore peace" only to leave a power vacuum and puppet regime tethered to its own caprice in service of Bush/Cheney oil hikes? World peace my sorry yellow ass!

  • anthor thing confused me is that american people tend to believe the rising of china will invade them or act like soviet union. Come on, if chinese people want to have a war with you guys, they would not send their children here for college. Will you send your kids to your enemy's country? Most people who argue that china is goint to have a war with amrican actually haven't been to china in person. they are just listening to the irresposible report of CNN.

  • i am a chinese student in purdue. one thing really confused me is that a lot of americans think china is a place you can not say anything bad about the government or a country that have totally no respect to human rights. Well, I don't know how to answer their question like:" will they put you in jail if you say something bad about the government?" I just feel so funny. How did the American media depict China on earth? Americans just believe what CNN or BBC told them. That make me feel upset...

  • all i noticed is they speak better english than most of chinese exchange students do in america. one even speaks with british accent. thats awesome!!

  • It's both impressive and depressing that some Chinese students speak a higher level of English than many born and bred Americans do.

  • Why are those Chinese student have American names??

  • Long live my great mother land

  • The Julie chick has some guts, knowing that the school and internal securities are definitely watching what they say to foreign media.

  • We do need superpower, students. Remember, american exceptionalism!

  • i don't understand why freedom is an american value. i wouldn't want my freedoms to be limited by anyone or anything. we should understand that these students are not speaking on behalf of the chinese people, only themselves. ai weiwei and liu xiaobo have completely different ideologies compared to these students.

that said, i am opposed to the way the US government tries to Impose democracy on other nations and respect these students opinions

btw india is one of the worlds biggest democracies.

  • Wow i never thought about things this way! I agree with their opinions.

  • Breathtaking difference in intelligence between China and the US. I'm an American and all I hear is "Fuck China, Communism sucks." They could never in a million years come up with such a comprehensive and insightful analysis of the two nations as these Chinese teenagers did.

  • I enjoyed my 3 visits - 6 months in total - to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Kangding. My interest was Taiji (Tai Chi) through which I met many young and old people on a daily basis. I have travelled a lot but believe that the Chinese people are well in control of their emotions, they are gentle and helpful. I can not find anything bad about China, their people nor the government.

  • seems like the majority of the visitors are impressed with these girl's accent, boobs and faces.they don't care to find out how brainwashed these kids are.

  • @MsKushh These students don't seem to be any more brainwashed than American kids are (and they sure as hell sound more intelligent than a lot of American kids.) And the only person here whose brought up the issue of faces and boobs is *you*.

  • @binder666 who's brainwashing american kids? Try to ask the same question to the american kids, you will get blown away by their answers. They have the guts to and freedom to criticize one's own government, they have the conscience to judge by themselves, they won't tell you human rights stands different in different countries, as long as human is human everywhere yo go..human rights should ofcourse mean the same anywhere in this world. I am far from being impressed with these CCP puppies!

  • Damn what girl said at 2:37 she was skpeaking the truth.

  • I like their tone and temperament.

  • Wow...that's an amazing British accent the person at 2:20 has going on.

  • Stupid girls, there is no such democracy like american, german, russian or indian. Democracy is democracy..it is a form of government which is of the people, for the people and by the people... You will not understand this coz you are pathetically brainwashed. You only know the history that your mao mama has prepared for you before he went to hell.

Do you guys still put that wee red book under your pillow??

  • @MsKushh

Actually a Republic is what America was before business and government merged into one authority. A Democracy equals mob rule, kinda like how the mainstream media operates.

  • Chinese needs dictator-party so that China doesn't split...China illegally occupied Tibet, East Turkisthan and inner Mongolia. So, sooner or later, dis-integration of china is going to happen for sure. You can't suppress human soul. How long are you going to keep telling lies to the world and distort he history......

Down with China.. like China, chinese too are no better. 2 yr old toddlers are crushed over and over by huge trucks and nobody care to give a fcuking hand!

  • "I am an individual how can you judge me by my government?"

    Same for Americans.

  • I wonder if there are any american college students with mandarin as perfect as those girls english...... I hope so.

  • half my family is Cuban an supporters of the Communist party im glad China recognizes the Communist party of Cuba

  • Listening to those students I can tell People of China is ready for a Government with indenpendent jurisdiction. CCP cann't run China forever like now because real stablity and national security come only with freedom of Speech and indenpendent judicial system.

  • I love the intelligence of these students. I would love to sit down and talk with them. I bet I would have less conflict with these Chinese political students than with my own fellow Americans because these Chinese students carry themselves in a reserved & calm manner, yet while being open to new ideas. It would be an intellectual exchange of ideas rather than have some verbose, braggadocios US opinion shoved down my throat. Excellent video

  • @JazzyZenBrotha Don’t be so naïve. These students are hand-picked to deliver the official propaganda line to foreign reporters. Mainland Chinese will only open up in private when it comes to criticizing their government. At least American students give you their honest opinions. What American university did you attend where “verbose, braggadocios” opinions were shoved down your throat???

  • @xiongmu

You are correct just like they are in the United States!

  • @JazzyZenBrotha Perhaps you don't know why they have such kind of "intelligence", that is just a new way created by the chinese gvt to prevent chinese people from accepting democracy and force them to obey to their dictature. Do you really think that these students are open minded? I don't think so, they still insist on what the chinese gvt taught them, and they don't have their own idea.(BTW I am also from China)

  • @JazzyZenBrotha

Been to China there are books out there you are writing about the major news media.

China is controlled by the NWO just like the US.

  • @Whaaamstaaa Tricky because Americans have the illusion of having personal liberties. The decision you make are meaningless, the important one are taken by your government and the "special interest" that get them elected in the first place.

  • You have to realize these kids go to school based off politics they are extremely seasoned for these answers

  • I noticed cecilia has an english accent.

  • China has arrived end of story

  • @33spy33 your mama too

  • @deeppurple28 ps i am a rich cheap jew so lets see if those bastards can steal my lunch

  • These little kids own America's Debt!! ROTFL!

  • FUCK THOSE ASIAN WOMEN THEY ARE TOO PRACTICAL AND CYNICAL AND IMMORAL

  • Regardless of their Communist views, these kids sound far more intelligent than your average Fat retarded little American kid! Because of Retards like you, those kids will one day be saying to our government, "FUCK YOU, PAY US"! ROTFL!

  • Chinese politics is cheating to win, for those lack of morals they should die

  • Very refreshing to hear what PEOPLE in China are saying, please note my Chinese friends that many here in America would like nothing more than for us to be true friends and learn each other's cultures so that we may better understand each other but that BOTH our governments seem unable or unwilling to foster that sort of relationship. I feel that WE are the ones who must take charge and make this not the American or Chinese century, but the century of FRIENDSHIP between all peoples!

  • @Sin526 US can't ignore what China has done to the Uyghurs, Tibetans, Mongols and putting missile sites along the coastline aimmed at Republic of China(Taiwan) if reuniting is not possible. China support towards North Korea which is the only reason they exist in the world for intervening in the Korean War. China's stealth fighter, recent production of aircraft carriers but are currently blocked from the Pacific by Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Philippines.

  • @Sin526 well said

  • i think china is to big in population to have the type of democracy we have. they should do whatever works for them. Chinese culture isn't centered around the individual as we are, but instead, the community is one entity.

  • Holy fuck their english is so fucking good...I'm a Chinese- American and I can't even speak Chinese (more like a foreign language for me) as well they can speak english

  • They are smart

  • I agree with all of them but still, what they said is no different from what someone from any other country would say. Put up a national * anonymous poll asking the billions of chinese people(this includes the ones living in the slums/poor) if they like their govt structure and 70%+ would probably disagree. The 10% would be the rich who are stablized finacially, the remaining 20% goes to those that are directly working with the govt. Things are not good, blame the govts.

  • @DBlockn05 even americans dont like their government.u will say at least u change it.but considering the fact that most democratic countries with parties are divided, not majority of the people like their government.so it is same evrywhere.

in america the congress has approval rating of 20%.how is that people liking the government?

  • @xcalibur4l It doesn't matter, my point is that I agree with what they are saying but they are only representing a minority. You damn well know the entire world is upset with the financial/economic system.

  • Very smart & wise students.

  • What is the basic difference between Chinese and American?

Culture differences cannot make the human nature to be different.

It is naive to trust such kind of excuse.

  • @seaandocean1 The differences in human nature are real. A good example is how Japanese reacted after the tsunami last year. Everyone in the West was amazed that there was no looting, no riot, no violence. If the same thing had happened elsewhere, there would most likely be big riots and looting.

Also, read up on "psychopaths" and how their psychology is entirely different from other human beings. Their "human nature" is entirely different from everyone else.

  • @ktchong It has nothing to do with human nature, it has more to do with recent societal differences. If you think the Japanese are all rainbows and gumdrops you only need to go back 70 years to witness their potential for barbarity. Obviously Germany was responsible for a far greater number of deaths in WW2, but at least they didn't fucking cannibalize their POWS or expose thousands of civilians to bubonic plague. Wiki search Unit 731, the Germans did nothing near as sadistic as that. Animals.

  • It's true the working class of various countries actually likes dictatorship! This is the same rubbish they feed us in 'the West'. I don't know whether to call them right wing students, they are clearly nationalist or just stupid/thick! I mean "we're lucky to have a gov' to protect us" what the fuck are they talking about? If this level of consciousness exists throughout the world I think the ruling class could make a third World War.

  • China number one enemy is Japan.,first country to invaded China isJapan.Japanese are cruel people, that`s why Americans drop atomic bombs in Japan. that`s why people prefer donate money to Haiti not Japan. Whaaamstaaa fucfkunama..na nippon.

  • @Barrackobama1000 No we drop the bombs to save our American soldiers lives from invading Japan. Second Japanese civilians were entirely brainwash by their government which is why many commited suicide which is why we wanted the Japanese government to surrender itself to save them. Third that is in the past the Japanese have recovered. Now it's China that is the number one enemy for Japan because Japan can't declare war only defend itself now unless US can says otherwise.

  • the girl who's talking about Us personal liberties being "tricky"....wtf?

  • @Whaaamstaaa What;s fuck are you doing....how long you are not working..you seems commenting every clip.dumb dump guy. hehehehe..are you sure you know what they are talking.....

  • @Whaaamstaaa Because Chinese society and culture do not put individuality first they put family and community above self, so personal liberty is not as important as how American view it. But of course America don't see this they think that their values as universal values and want to force their views on to others.

  • @xrey2000

Very true, people should understand that asian culture or western culture is totally different. China and some others asian countries give more importance to the collectivity, when west give more importance to individuality, individual liberties, who were less important to asian, who favor their family, collectiv interest more than the individual. We have no right to consider ourselves superior to them because of that.

  • "the tricky thing about american society is their personal liberty" i hv no idea what this person is getting at

  • @Whaaamstaaa go and find a job.........dumb guy.

  • "Maybe India, Cuba..."?? India is the lagest democratic country in the world, you have no idea what you are talking about.
