Did you know that the Goslyn maintains an efficiency close to 100% because the FOG ( fats,oil,grease) collected in the separation chamber are speedily expelled into the separate container so unlike a traditional trap there is no reduction in efficiency over time. Also because the flow rate is controlled the Goslyn cannot be overwhelmed by draining down several sinks at once. the sinks will just take longer to drain out.
