when you pull for the stroke... your head should be down... like you are looking at the ground. this makes for less resistance. othere than that the instructional vid is good.
oh and also... after you kick, try to have your arms out ahead of you in a stream lin position and glide. for breast stroke gliding is one of the BIGGEST factors for speed and endurence
