I think Elise was kept in this long for the simple reason to test the other real chefs. In any work place you have people coming and going. Sometimes to bring out the best in people you have to bring in the worst. It is a challenge to work with someone like this without loosing your temper, that is the true test, to lead and show other workers how to deal with a person like her. I do have to say my wife and I DID NOT LIKE HER AT ALL. GOOD RIDDANCE ELISE. Good job Chef Ramsey!! Love UR show!!!!!
