The bitmaps loved those bloody metalic graphics... Ha... Gods was my favorite game.. I could complete it twice. I'm usually shite at games too.

One special trick for the 5th level: if you thought of bringing some of the caskets you can find along, you can actually smuggle some of your equipment (which would otherwise be obliterated) into Dianos' chambers and use them there. I was able to destroy him with the Magic Missile Wands after I had cast Banish on him, instead of using the Mind Blast Orb.

You have to install on your mac parallel desktops (works only if you have an intel based mac...for example dual core) then you need windows xp and install it later (after you installed parallel desktops on your mac) on...

Then you can switch between those two systems..mac osx and windows...I tried everything before i downloaded parallels...now I am statisfied...

Anyone knows of the special way of killing Dianos that Steve Kelly from The Bitmap Brothers was talking about ? In his walk through he said: "This whole series of solutions has outlined the simple ways through the game. There are several hidden bonuses that can be achieved in all the levels, including a special way of killing Dianos. These bonuses will considerably boost your score."

It seems that to this day noone knows how it should be done.

Well, the most important tools for this feat are an Immortal Potion, a Mindblast Orb (extra-strong - the green gems you must collect on the fifth level would boost its power) and a Dispel Evil Scroll. There was a strongbox in front of Dianos' chambers which teleported certain items into his abode - everything else would be lost in the antechamber - in which you must place the above in order to deal with him.

At 38:00 + you could take the levitating pan along. Got pretty useful in reaching high places in this level.

At 36:40 you could open and close the chest repeatedly and thus accumulate as much money as you could want. Very useful if you have to save, since saving the game costs the more gold each time.

At 7:30 it wasn't necessary to pick up the pick all over again. Just push it against the wall, and it'll fall.
