I'm confused, the blue whale is considered the biggest animal ever to roam the Earth, but its said to be 110ft long and up to 150 tons in weight, in comparison to the dinosaur considered to be the largest ever which was 175-220 tons and 114ft in length. Doesn't that kind of throw off the idea that the blue whale is bigger? I know that the fact that whales live in the sea allows bigger mass in size as the gravity is less effected, but the size difference is obvious, no? Some one care to explain?

So it would seem that this differed from the numbers you got. Perhaps double checking your sources of information could help clear your confusion.
