Is that Obama meeting behind closed doors when he mentioned eight times in his presidential campain to have transparency on C-SPAN? It seems with the current lack of transparency and Obama plumeting in pres approval ratings that the commentator of this vid should listen to Palin!
With your videos online, they know your biases. You're clearly not here to support her or even be neutral. That's your choice, but it's also her/management of B&N's choice who and what to allow in. This is how book signings work. When you have one, let cameras in.

besides, there's never been unbiased journalism. unbiased, objective journalism starts and ends with "this event occurred on this date".
This is very typical of a high profile book signing. The store determines the rules. If they don't let people in with cameras, that's their choice. I'd be disappointed, too, but they told you way ahead of time.
ok dude...lets say all 1000-1500 people got to take apicture of Sarah or with her.....ever heard of a thing called time constraints....if thats all you can come up with then your criticizum is without much merit, it would apear that you were the only one that wanted to take pictures so as you move up the food chain of low budget journalism try being just a bit more objective and you just might get your creditentials stamped.
@phileason1 not to mention, you sort of missed the point. It wasn't that they weren't allowed to take pictures with her, it was that people weren't allowed to document anything at all inside the store, even while they were standing there in line. Were they scared someone standing there inside might catch something embarrassing? When you're going on about openness and trust in government but are barring reporters from prior speeches, doesn't that seem a little quizzical?
It'd be one thing if these people actually knew why they beleived in what they believed in, or if they could give an honest debate to defend their beliefs. But, alas, not one of them can- all they do is repeat right-wing catch phrases they heard Beck or Palin say on Fox, or that Pastor Biblethump said on Sunday.
Of course, Palin isn't really something to be afraid of, but I am honestly worried about what would happen if some REALLY evil person rose to power via this sort of populism.
