The ref isnt realistic with the stoppage at the end of the fight. What Ref will let someone get K.O ed by a knee then get smashed on the ground. The ref should push/tackle the fighter to break up the action. The Ref should also react quicker to Standing K.O's and slower to ground knockouts.
